Thank you for shopping with Bridal Boutique. We take pride in providing high-quality sarees and strive to ensure that you have the best experience with us. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns

All purchases made through Bridal Boutique are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or sizing issues.

However, returns are accepted under the following condition:

If the saree you receive is damaged or has manufacturing defects, you are eligible for a return or exchange.


Conditions for Returns

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Clear photographs or videos of the damaged product must be provided as proof.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sarees with no defects or damages.
  • Products that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged due to misuse.

Return Process

If you have received a damaged item:

  2. Provide your order number and clear images/videos showing the damage.
  3. Once approved, we will arrange a return or replacement.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.


Refunds

  • If a return is approved and replacement is not possible, a full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
